Introduction

 

Before booking a night at Compass Hut,, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them subject to such changes as are notified to you. These Terms and Conditions also apply if you book through a third party.

Accommodation

 

Rooms are subject to availability.

 

Rates are per room and based on two-person occupancy only.

Maximum occupancy per Tiny House is two people.

 

Pets are not allowed

 

Check in time is 3pm

Check out time is 10am

Off-grid experience

 

Guests acknowledge that our accommodation is 100% off-grid, and acknowledge that the toilet is a compost toilet.

Children

 

Our Tiny House accommodation is not available to cater for more than 2 people. This also applies to children.

​

Bookings

 

All accommodation must be paid in full at the time of the reservation by the provision of credit card details/ or on the day of check-in at the latest.

When making a booking, by providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise us to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card.

 

A booking confirmation email must be obtained. If a booking confirmation email is not obtained, the booking is not confirmed,

If guests take items listed at an extra cost within their room, Compass Hut has right to charge for those items not paid for by the guest at the time of check out to the guaranteed credit card for the room.

Gift vouchers

 

Those who purchase a gift voucher acknowledge this is non-refundable.

All gift vouchers expire in 12 months from the date of issue.

 

Gift vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Cancellations

 

Cancellations for bookings are available up to 7 days prior to 4 pm on check-in day. The booking will not be refunded after this time.

 

No refund will be granted if a guest does not arrive for their booking or cancels on the date of their booking.

A cancellation confirmation email must be obtained. If a cancellation email is not received, the booking remains in effect.

> Cancellation Policy (COVID-19 Impacts on Your Travel): 
Guests are eligible for a full refund or transfer of their booking amount to credit, if preferred, in the event that COVID-19 restrictions impact travel and their reservation at Compass Hut (within the 7-day period prior to their day of check-in). All guests are eligible for a full refund if the booking is cancelled 7 days prior
to their booking check-in.
